- To register Theft Claim: A copy of police FIR/ Panchnama, AML documents for amount more than 1 lakhs, Deed of subrogation cum indemnity on judicial paper, Discharge voucher, Duly filled and signed claim form, Form 26, Form 28, Form 29, Form 30, Form 35, No trace report, Policy copy, Registration certificate and RTO transfer papers.
